When coaching a theatrical or film production, I use a combination of group and/or individual coaching and Mp3 practice sessions to hone dialect skill and to ensure the actor is authentic while at the same time, understandable to the American (or native) audience.

I coach a variety of accents on a regular basis - ones like British (varety), French, German, Italian, Slavic accents/Russian, Irish (variety), Scottish, a large assortment of American accents and basically anything I can hear first.
